Hi,

Is there any reason why my Technicians don't appear in the Requester's list? This only seems to have happened recently, possibly since the upgrade to the new version of SD+.

Is there an assumption that as a Requester you won't have any IT incidents? How do I raise a new request for a staff member in the business that is listed as one of the Technicians?
