Technicians from one site can see cases from all sites

Technicians from one site can see cases from all sites

Hi,

We've just added a second site to our ServiceDesk Plus and assigned a new technician just to see cases from that site.

Even after applying those changes, if the technician select "Pending requests" he is able to see the cases from all sites.

Can you please advise if this is a bug or we are missing something?
