Technicians cannot navigate between tabs within the "Modify User Properties" window

Almost all of our agents have recently lost the ability to navigate between tabs after clicking into user's "Modify user properties" window. When they click on any tab (Account, Contact, Exchange, etc) nothing happens and the screen does not change. This is the same across any browser, after all browser resets/cache clear/etc. This started after a failed install of the latest version of ADM+, so we are still currently on 7056. Before the attempted upgrade this was not an issue. Has anyone seen this before or have any insight into a possible resolution until we plan another attempt at an upgrade.
