Technicians and Requesters should be able to edit themselves

Technicians and Requesters should be able to edit themselves

In the delegation section for technicians and the requester section for requesters, you are unable to edit your own account. This is not ideal because that means I cannot set default templates for myself or remove templates from appearing (in the requesting context).
