Technicians

Technicians

I downloaded ServiceDesk and set it up without adding any of my own information to first check the application out. Thereafter, I noticed that I had 4 technicians listed with name and phone number. Why would I have technicians listed which are not familiar to me or our company?
Any answer is appreciated.
