Technician unable to create request on behalf of user
Hi, This is a very strange problem. I have technicians in 2 sites, A and B. Technicians in site A is able to create requests on behalf of users but technician in site B is not able to. I have checked all relevant configurations and it seems that all is in order. I have also attached the screen shots here.
