Technician stays cached

Hi all.

We had one technician leave and a new one has joined us. I entered his details via "add new technician" and all works well, but if I go to any of our requesters (or go to add a new requester) his details appear in the name field and also the field showing who he reports to and a couple more. This only seems to happen when I edit requesters, n.b. other people can add requesters without this happening.

If I look at the requester without opening it, then the details look correct, it seems to be when I go into edit that the fields get completed.

I added a "middle name" to the technician entry and that is not shown on the requester edits.

Can somebody advise how to get rid of this seemingly cached information please?
