Technician signature in reply template
Hello, we have recently migrated from SDP on-premise to cloud and hoping someone can assist.
In our on-premise instance the reply template was configured as follows so that the technician's signature is included as part of the message, and the previous message in the conversation is shown at the end of the email:
[type message here]
I have tried to configure this in SDP Cloud but cannot see a token for the technician's signature - this is instead being appended to the end the email after the previous message in the conversation. Is it possible to include the technician's signature higher up in the reply template, as we were able to do in the on-premise version?
