Technician Scheduler - Able to customize Status other than "Out of office"

Note: using the SaaS version

It seems that when the Technician Scheduler reads from Office365, the only thing it is looking for is when an event is listed as "Out of office". 

When if finds out of office, it marks the day as Red.

I would like to have a feature that can also detect "Working elsewhere" so that we can identify when a technician is working from home versus in the office.  
Ideally, I would like to be able to use custom status if I choose to and also to select colors to show the ones we would like.
