We are looking for a "Groups associated with technicians" report. 

 

Use case: In our organization, there are hundreds of technician groups that are available. Now we would like to see the details of which technicians are part of each group.

Currently, there are no options available in SD+ to generate it. We are now doing manual tasks, which is neither our preferred skill nor appropriate for us. As data changes on a daily basis,

 

 

Please let us know if there are any possibilities to achieve it under Service Desk plus cloud.
