technician reply never includes signature
Hi everyone,
Perhaps it's just our configuration, but when we reply to requesters, SDP never includes our signature. The only time the signature comes into play is when we hit "email technician". It's useful there but more often we reply to a requester and forget to tell them who we are. Is this design or is something messed up with our environment?
