Technician Remote Control Permissions
I have set my Active Directory account as a technician however it doesn't let me change the permissions so that I can use the remote control tools as I currently can't do it. I want to use my AD account and not create a new one if I can help it.
Any suggestions or ideas how to do it? Thanks!

In my assets I have a custom field for "Stock Level" however I can not set the graphs in reports to use the value to give me a representation of the stock levels, is there anyway I can do this?
