Hi All,

I have another question, how can i set technician on leave to not received any request? Because i tried and apply comp leave to a technician on today's date, and create a request specific to the technicians group. With tech auto assign enable running round robin, the technician that is on leave on that group is still receiving request. 

Need help on this.
