Technician Notification

Technician Notification

Currently I have it set that Technicians get notifiied when a request is assigned to them. Servicedesk personal are technicians as well but when they assign certain tickets to themselves they do not recieve a notification. Because they go through so many tickets in a day is it possible to enable that so that they can get notified when tickets are notified to themselves?
 
they sort there in box notifications to see what tickets they need to work on.
