Technician not appearing in "owner" field - new work log

Technician not appearing in "owner" field - new work log

Hi guys,

As per the title; we currently have a technician that is no longer appearing in the "owner" drop down list when trying to add a new work log.

Interestingly, we can still assign this technician jobs and appears normally everywhere else (i.e. is a registered technician)... except for the new work log list.

Hopefully someone can shed some light on this issue.
