Technician Name as tech firstname and tech lastname variables
This request goes back a long time, but it continues to slow us down. We use standardized templates for replies to requests, and we have to manually go in and delete the last name.
The reality is, we want to reply informally with "Sincere, John." But we can't and instead have to live with, "Sincerely, Doe, John" or edit every reply to erase the last name.
