Currently we have 3 Domains in our environment. When technician from domain 1 logs in they are not allowed the option to view registered users in domain 2 or 3, Only Domain 1.

I know there is the option to create a Technician using ADSelfService Plus Authentication, but that removes the ability for techs to use SSO and being able to manage Techs through AD Group membership.

Is there a setting to allow cross domain technician access using Domain login?
