Technician Login count exceeds the license - in Professional Edition
Hi
I'm using the Professional Edition 9 (Build 9241).
We logged in with two users on ServiceDesk Plus. These users are technician1 and technician2. Our license is for 2 technicians:

Today, when trying to log in with the user technical1, the system did not allow us to access the ServiceDesk Plus. We have logged in as administrator and clicked on Admin -> Users -> Technicians, and the user technical1 had disappeared from the list. None of us has erased it. We have tried again to create the user technical1, and when clicking on check "Enable login for this technician" gives me error "Technician Login count exceeds the license"
