Could you please assist with building this report:

My supervisor would like a report that displays each technician log on and log off from service desk plus so that it basically looks like a time card. 

Should look something like this image below:

Ideally he'd like to be able to specify the 5 technicians our of our 15 for the report.

Our timezone is EST.

I have the option to update if desired/needed
