I have been adding different additional fields in the templates and now I can see those fields in Analytics Plus, but I have a problem with an additional field that I just added in the technical profiles. I have already synchronized the Help Desk Plus with the analytics Plus, however I still do not see the additional field,

Can you tell me where or how can see it?
