Technician Complete Overview
Had a request from our techicians to enable them to see all thier work in one place.
The MY VIEW section of the HOME tab has all teh information BUT they have to select, REQUESTS SUMMARY, PROBLEMS SUMMARY or CHANGES SUMMARY.
If there could be an additional option MY SUMMARY which combines all three above that would be great.
Does that sound a viable option, or something others would find useful?
