Looking to configure a report/s to monitor how many calls are assigned under the Technician Auto Assign function to each technician on a daily basis.
I can't find any preconfigured reports that covers this. Has anyone developed a report or is there a query available that will show this information. Would be looking to run it on a daily basis, but need it to show the first assign, not what the status of the call is at the point the report is run.
The below is how we have the Technician Auto Assign function configured.
Anyone know if this is possible please?
