Dear all,
We cannot pinpoint when, but from time to time, we lose people from the technician auto assign exclusion list.
We add the technicians again, but after some time the issue reoccurs...
We want only Service Desk Technicians to be auto assigned, so we have excluded all the other technicians.
It seems the system only stores 40 exclusions, which is quite strange.
