Sorry, found the problem - at the Self-Service Portal Settings, the corresponding settings was turned off.  Fixed now.  Thanks.

Is there a way to create new request with any registered Technician as the requester?  i.e. can technician make a request using his name?

When I try to make a request, I can't choose any technician as the requester.  Is it normal?
