Technician allowed to view options in Role Settings

Technician allowed to view options in Role Settings

When selecting the "Technician allowed to view" option under a technician role, I would like an additional role as "Assigned to him and unassigned"

We would like our helpdesk technicians to only be able to see tickets that are in queue as unassigned that they can pickup and the tickets that are already assigned to them, rather than seeing all the tickets throughout the group.
