I have a technician who I would like to add the SDAdmin role to, however when I go to the technician, and click on "Enable login for this technician" I am able to choose Enable Custom Privileges and choose SDAdmin, however the page is also showing Login Name / Password / Retype Password / Domain.   I do not have this users login information and don't really want to ask him for it.  How do I get around this?   What am I missing?
