Technician accounts existing after fresh install?
Greetings. I downloaded and installed the free version of Service Desk Plus but was surprised to find data already entered in there. There were like 5 engineers/technicians already created although this was a fresh install. Is this something I should expect or is there a problem with the install (compromised)?
