Technican - View Own
I think that the view own feature is nice, would be even better if there could be a flag to view unassigned and own.
We have 3 technicians who pick up and allocate as well as dealing with jobs themselves. evelopers also use the system and have loads and loads of outstanding requests and our normal tech people do not want to see these.
Maybe an option to view by a group of technicians. Who knows.
