Technican's To View Dashboard

Technican's To View Dashboard

Hi,
 
Am i aware that the Admin and SD co-ordinator roles are able to see the 'Helpdesk' on the dashboard. Is there any plans in the furture to make 'Helpdesk' on the dashboard viewable to technicians?
