Technical Support monitoring HTTP
I am trying to monitor a URL but keep getting an authentication error. How can I turn off the username/password authentiction feature? When I make the monitor I see this area for authentication in advanced but leave it unpopulated. I keep getting an error when I check the page that the page load fails due to failed authentication. I don't want it to authenticate at all, just pull the generic page. How can I disable this?
