I am completely baffled as to how to use Manage Engine to act on an unsolicited SNMP trap. I've configured it such that I see the trap show up in the Alert->Unsolicited list, but can't figure out how to associate an "action" with the received trap.
I don't want to poll, just react if the trap arrives. Any suggestions? I've looked through every help file I could find, and searched all the online forums.
