Hello ...
We are currently evaluating your application manager product, mainly to monitor our Oracle Servers.
We can define Monitors (OS/Windows 2003, Oracle) and the definitions are accepted and the corresponding Monitors are defined.
BUT, the logins (to the OS/Administrator and Oracle/System) are not accepted and not working (although usernames and passwords are definitely correct).
WHAT MIGHT BE THE PROBLEM???
