Im having a problem installing the application.
When the part of Unpacking jar files starts, immediatly sends a dialog box with title "Severe" and it says "Error unpacking files". Exiting installation and deleting what was installed.
The installation created a log (unpacklog) in the folder of the install with the following text:

'C:\DOCUME~1\appmanager\Local' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

The server is the following:

Intel Xeon CPU 3.40 ghz
400 gb ram
60 GB HDD, 7 GB free in C: and 44 GB free in E:

OS: Windows 2003 Server Std Edition, SP 2.
The server is a clean installation.
It has DEP for essential windows programs.

In other PC with XP with the same installation exe it worked OK.

Why is this error happening in the server?, is there an additional configuration i need to make?
In other windows2003 servers installations it had installed ok.
