And we have a problem whereby there seems to be a mismatch between what is being shown on the "Monitors Snap shot" and "Monitors Group" information.

The "Monitors Snap Shot" shows lots of items in a red status but the "Monitors Group" shows mostly green ?? Why would this be the case ? Surely there should be a corraltion between the two views ? If you give me a proper mail address for support I will send you a screen shot of exactly what I mean which probably explains it a lot better :-) !
