I am monitoring a Sun Solaris 8 system that is using SVM (Sun Volume Manager) to mirror the partitions on it's boot device, this system also has a lot of NFS mounted filesystems. I am only interested in monitoring the SVM Metadevices (not the disk submirrors) and I definitely do NOT want Disk I/O statistics on any of the NFS Mounted file systems. The display is far too cluttered with Disk I/O information that is of no interest to us to be useful. Is there a way to filter the list of file systems that we monitor?
