I am evaling build 7300 of appmanager and discovered about 20 class C networks so far. I have many questions regarding the discovery process.
Why doesn't it classify my linux servers that are running net-snmp?
Where is the admin tool to put in my default snmp port/community string?
How do I initiate a rediscover of a particular network? Is this done automatically?
My server that app manager had trouble resolving dns names and the networks it discovered only have names. I fixed the dns issue on my server but now I have just a bunch of IP addresses in app manager. Will it resolve these and update the names to a dns name instead of IP?
How can I add a bunch of networks or IP's really quickly?
