Hi, we are evaluating your product and we have some questions:

1.- Can we customize the main screen? We plan on working with monitor groups and we need more flexibility here

2.- Is it possible to get the status of the monitors in an XML (or CSV) file? Can we get it as a WebService? We need to integrate the product in our CRM and it is the cleanest way.
