Not sure, if I'm posting this in the right location.

I am looking for a web monitor type software, which is not monitoring my own website, but someone else's.

For example: I was trying to get tickets for one of my favorite bands, but the tickets sold out within 40 minutes! I called a few days later just to check and they told me that in a few weeks some tickets will go back online, if people didn't pay there bills. They couldn't tell me which day that would be. This meant I was continously going back to that site to check for tickets.

Does this software enable some kind of HTML monitoring, where I can look out for a certain value on a URL?

Or do you know if there is any software that can do this?

Any help will be much appreciated.
