tech name is no longer listed in the technicians list but keeps on appearing in new request->technician combo list

tech name is no longer listed in the technicians list but keeps on appearing in new request->technician combo list

how can i fix this? im on trial version mode and still in the process of setting up the service desk. there is no request created yet..
