Hi There

I have a SD tech who is unable to login.  Error msg says incorrect username and password.  I have tried to reset the password, and the SD application says that the password has been reset sucessfully.  However the tech is still not able to login, and upon checking the System Log Viewer, I saw this error message:

User:administrator trying to reset password loginName: XXXXX

We are not using domain authentication.  Is someone able to help?
