When you start a Teams Chat from within a ticket, it would be a great addition to have the following functionality
1. Notification Icon Similar to Notes / Conversations in grid view when a user has updated a Teams Chat
2. Automated Message if using Teams Chat, to notify User that the Ticket has been closed. It could even be a action / menu option in the Teams section to Notify User of Close, and populate a canned / template message into the chat.
We are running into scenarios where users are responding to the existing ticket, for support related to a new issue. As a result technicians are not seeing the updates.
