TCP Service Monitor Default Timeout
What is the default timeout for TCP Service monitors before OpManager determines that a Service is down ? I'm not referring to the Threshold Alert Response time that can be set in the "Edit Monitor" dialog, but rather the time OpManager will wait for the tcp connection to setup before it marks the tcp service as down (assuming the user did not setup a Threshold Alert).
