Tasks & Reminders
Hi,
I am new to this software so please be patient. Is there a way to modify the technician/adminsitrator home screen to be able to display all tasks as default instead of ones just relating to the user. Same really goes for reminders, is there a way to have a 'departmental' reminder that displayed to all techs?
