Tasks are not added automatically after request is created.
Hello there,
The tasks added to the incident template are set to be created automatically when the request is created.
When I created a Request from REST API with incident template, the tasks won't be added automatically.
How to get the tasks added to the request when the request is created from REST API ? Any suggestion will be appreciated.
