Tasks API for getting all tasks not working from postman - status code 4007

Hi,

I called an API to fetch all tasks related to request id in postman. But its showing an error 4007 as shown in screenshot.



But when I test this API in helpdesk documentation it works:



What should I do? Or should I do something else?
