Tasks and Requests
I was wondering if there is any plans or current ways to have tasks and requests show up in the same area? We have some incident templates that have work flows which assign tasks to different people. But our technicians are finding it very cumbersome to have to monitor there assignments in two places.
Can we please have a place or change it so both requests and tasks show up in the same area?
