Task Template Availability
While trying to utilized the Task Template feature, I noticed the following which may be beneficial (it sure would for us)
Task templates are not available for selection in request templates. This means, that even though I have to recreate duplicate tasks for all those request templates that may require similar tasks. Adding the ability to add task templates to request templates tasks would be great.
