Task Technicians - possible bug?

I installed ServiceDesk v.6003 using the 30-day trial option and proceeded to set it up for a demo for another department in my company. Since we have an AD infrastructure, I went ahead and imported all users from AD. I then added Jane as a technician.

After messing with some settings, I decided that John's account would be a better individual to do the testing with before demoing the product to Jane, so I changed the technician to John.

I then created a request in the system and assigned it to the "administrator" acount. I then went into that request and clicked on "Actions" -> "Add Task".

My problem is, when looking at the screen to add a task, I click on the drop-down list for available technicians, and it still lists Jane, and John is NOT on the list.

I went back to the Technicians screen under the admin settings and verified that Jane is no longer a Technician and that John is.

I tried creating a new request and verified that John is in the list on that screen. I then went to create a new task for this new request, and it is still showing Jane in the Technicians list and not John.

It appears that this is ONLY occuring at the "Add Task" screen. Everywhere else that I see a Technician drop-down list I see John, except on that one screen.

Anyone ever seen this before?

I apologize if this is a previously visited issue, I tried searching the forums but wasn't finding anything related.
