In addition to the unified task and request list that we are hopefully getting soon, we would like tasks that are automatically generated from incidents or service requests to have the subject filled with something that uniquely identifies that task.

For example, lets say we use the New Employee Hire request and we have several tasks associated with it that are automatically generated every time and assigned to the appropriate groups. We have things that need to be done for every new hire such as creating an e-mail account. If we have 10 new employees all starting on the same day, the group responsible for setting up the e-mail account will see 10 automatically generated tasks that say "Setup e-mail for new user". The automatic task has no way to identify uniquely from the other tasks. To have the option to fill in the main request ID or even the main request subject into the task would help take care of this problem, especially when we are finally given the unified task and request list that is coming soon.

So if we had "New Employee Hire - John Doe" - Request ID: 20, the tasks associated could be "[New Employee Hire - John Doe] Setup e-mail for new user" or at the least "[Request ID: 20] Setup e-mail for new user". This would help uniquely identify multiple tasks from one another. I do realize we can add the Request ID column to the task list but ideally we would like to have a subject or something that more uniquely identifies the tasks.
