Task + Request + Problem Technician Overview (Assigned Work)
Query request for a combined task/request view. We'd like to be able to run the report by Technician or by a Support Group.

- Estimated Effort (Request -- this is a custom field) / Estimated Effort (task)

- Release Date (Request custom date field)
